Pre / Post Surgery Rehabilitation

Pre operative rehabilitation refers to the care that a patient receives to prepare them physically and psychologically before undergoing surgery, whereas post operative refers to the rehabilitation you receive immediately after surgery and then onwards.

Surgery can be daunting at times and as specialist in post-surgery recovery in particular shoulders, spinal, hips, knees and ankles we can use our experience and knowledge to guide you through this journey.
