We work along side individuals experiencing pain, injury or illness involving the musculoskeletal system. We help people of all ages to maintain their health and fitness, recover from and prevent injury and reduce pain using exercise, movement and manual based therapeutic interventions.
An approach of a dynamic program of exercise, guided evaluation and instruction, and psychologic support that is designed to prevent or reverse the deleterious functional and physiologic effects of injury.
We have a strong focus on biomechanics, exercise rehabilitation and returning patients to high levels of function and or sports.
We believe in an integrated approach to rehabilitation. We do not just treat the symptoms we find the root cause to enable a faster recovery.
