Wrist and or hand pain describes discomfort felt within the wrist, hand or fingers.

Pain in this region can be caused by a variety of issues including repetitive strain, ligament sprains, carpal tunnel syndrome, dislocations, fractures, arthritis, and ganglion cysts.

Wrists and hands are particularly susceptible to injury due to the amount they are involved in everyday activities and used at work.
